About

“discipline becomes devotion”

Welcome to Ayur Play

 — my journey home to myself.

Ayur Play is my experiment with life.
A living blog where I search for answers to what it truly means to live — not just survive.

I write about my mind, my body, and my soul.
About my rituals, my practice, my food, my training, and everything I learn along the way.
I write because I want to understand Ayurveda — not just as theory, but as a way of life.
How herbs, vegetables, weather, thoughts, sleep, and love affect me — day by day.

Everything I share here, I live myself.
This is an experiment — a journey of returning home to who I really am.

I’ve tried everything.
I’ve been broken, burned out, psychotic, and hospitalized.
I’ve stood on the edge, ready to say goodbye to this life.
But I got one more chance — and this time, I’m taking it seriously.
Now, I take care of myself. I listen. I feel. I learn to live again.

I found Ayurveda through a lifelong search.
No one ever taught us how to live — we were just thrown into life.
But maybe the answers are hidden in this 5,000-year-old wisdom.
For the first time, something truly makes sense.

Seven days before October began, a mantra came to me:

“October begins with me — I let go to return to myself.”

That became the start of Ayur Play — my compass, my practice, my path.
I wake before the sun, I meditate, chant, fast, write, train, and live with awareness.
Now I’m on my way to Sri Lanka — to study Ayurveda, to write, to open my heart,
to find love, and to grow into the strongest version of myself, inside and out.

I’m not in a hurry. I’m curious.
I enjoy the process and everything I discover along the way.
I look into every corner of my mind, learning to say yes, learning to say no, learning to smile again.

“November begins with Ayur Play — discipline becomes devotion, ritual becomes rhythm, and love flows naturally into my life.”

This is an honest journey.
A transformation.
A search for balance, truth, and love through Ayurveda.

Welcome to Ayur Play — my life, my practice, my search for meaning.
Maybe you’ll find a piece of yourself here, too.
